3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book a coaching session, you must complete the booking process via our website or directly through an approved scheduling platform. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment: Payments must be made in advance for all sessions and packages. Payment can be made via the website or a direct bank transfer.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund. Refunds for packages will only be issued for unused sessions, minus an administration fee, and will be processed within 14 days. Completed sessions are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be open and honest during coaching sessions.
• Complete any homework or assignments provided to the best of your ability.
• Communicate any concerns or questions you may have during the coaching process.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Birth Mindset Coach provides coaching services aimed at supporting your mental and emotional preparation for childbirth. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as the effectiveness of coaching depends on your personal circumstances and commitment.

Please note that the coaching services offered are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns or conditions.

By engaging with our services, you agree that Sam Parkinson and The Birth Mindset Coach will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise directly or indirectly from your use of these services. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, or financial harm. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you have paid for the services, and we will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses
